Senator Pearce called the Senate. President Halford stated the call was satisfied. Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Senator Little objected. Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that her motion to return to second reading be withdrawn. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 2. Senator Pearce objected. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 308(FIN) be returned to second reading for specific amendment?" Senator Little moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 3. Senator Pearce objected.
